It's really hard to see from the pictures, but we have been really, really busy! All of the windows and doors are now in, with the exception of the guest porch door, which opens the wrong way... We went through yesterday and wrapped the inside of all the windows and doors in plastic so they won't get all dusty and dirty before we get a chance to stain them. Stu spent all day today in the crawlspace, the insulation is almost done down there, and lots of cleaning up, inside and out!
Both of the sliding doors in the master bedroom and the great room are in.
They did power wash the courtyard and porches, but they used so much of the gray powder, we'll be cleaning that up for weeks to come!
The hardie board siding is going up on the side of the garage, still needs to be painted, but so far so good!
And last but not least, the kitchen/front door is in!
As usual, another busy week scheduled... the roofers, siders and stone masons will be back and the heat and air system will be going in. Busy, busy, busy!!
