We were up an out early this morning after a good long and needed nights rest! We took a walk with Ty around Green Lake, it's a beautiful day, sunny and brisk...

There are a few leaves left, perfect for a reflection, with duckies floating by.

Lots and lots of ducks making a mess of the grass.
And what form of excercise would be complete without a cup of cappuccino and a couple of doughnuts to finish it off?!
Back at Matt and Laurie's place...a squirrel rummaging through the backyard.
